Fiducial Communications, in partnership with Janus Henderson Investors, have been shortlisted by the Financial Services Forum for Most Effective Customer Experience 2023. The awards recognise outstanding Marketing and best-in-class Customer Experience in the financial services sector.
Janus Henderson enlisted Fiducial Communications to help transform their customer communications in overseas markets including Asia and South America. We used Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create video content, turning presenters into polyglots, and enabling them to speak in multiple languages combining the AI voice and avatar technology.
In its 21st year, the Awards for Marketing Effectiveness, by The Financial Services Forum, promote better understanding of consumer behaviour, the marketplace and marketing performance. Entries are judged by a panel of senior industry figures, using transparent scoring guidelines focused on the marketing effectiveness, insight and delivery of added value to the customer.
Customer experience has become paramount in the financial services industry, with technology raising customer expectations.
Delivering excellence in this area is where financial services firms can differentiate. But scaling up and adjusting to the needs of regional markets is challenging as customers demand excellence and personalisation.
