In this case, the client had a long-form thought-leadership piece but struggled to efficiently repurpose it into scalable content, particularly video. Traditional production timelines made it difficult to respond quickly to market changes while maintaining brand consistency.
Fiducial Communications applied an AI-enabled content repurposing approach to convert existing thought-leadership content into on-brand video assets. AI-driven tools were used to turn long-form insights into concise video scripts.
The Fiducial team captured a variety of green-screen recordings to create the asset manager’s AI avatar. This avatar approach enabled the team to efficiently create presented content without requiring additional time from the expert. To ensure compliance and alignment with AI regulatory best practice, approval was obtained for using his likeness in the avatar’s creation. The avatar provided the spoken element of the final video content. Disclaimers were included on screen to clarify that the presenter was an AI avatar.
To support the narration, Fiducial developed a bespoke AI illustration model that applied brand colours, visualstyle, and identity within a controlled environment. This ensured consistent, compliant visuals and avoided the limitations of public AI platforms.
The final output combined expert insight, AI avatar narration, and branded animated visuals, delivering high-quality video content within days rather than weeks.
One primary metric for this case was Content Velocity, which is the speed and volume of high-quality content produced. Success was measured by balancing content quality and quantity, comparing the AI-driven workflow with traditional production methods to highlight time savings.
By using AI, production time was reduced from 15 working days to just 3, cutting the process by 5× compared to traditional methods. The
approach eliminated the need for repetitive filming and reduced reliance on labour-intensive graphic tools, delivering cost reductions while
preserving valuable expert time.
